Day nine:

-Last far-away place on our list to visit...let's dress up and go to the Wild West, and see which hosts live here! Who's your pet's favorite from this location? Who is your favorite host out of them all, and why?
-Don't forget to grab another picture of your pet and the host!
-Have you got a cat dancer? It's the yellow toy with the blue ball on a springy string. It's hilarious to watch Petz play with it, and get some funny pictures! Can you get your pet to play with it with their host friend?
-After another shared meal, it's time to go home and prepare for the final day tomorrow.

Giddyup, cowgirl Lizard! Let's hit the trail!

I pumped some water to see if Lizard would drink from it... or notice it, or anything. And nada. Oh well, I always enjoy pumping water in this playscene for whatever reason.

We also said hello to the prairie dog, and played a game of tic-tac-toe with him to test something out (more on that in a second...). The game ended in a draw.

And... that's all I got here. My game keeps crashing at this playscene. I tried multiple times, but every time after being in the Wild West for varying amount of time, the game just crashed and I had to start over. Since it was never the same amount of time that went by, and since I never saw a host, I suspect it crashed when a host was attempting to appear. I don't know if this one playscene is bugged in my game or if it's just the hosts within the playscene that are causing the problem--I'll have to revisit this scene with the option for "no hosts" checked and see if it still crashes then to know for sure. But... yeah. I know, I know. This is worse than a dud day--I can't even complete this day. I really am sorry about that, but I don't know what to do outside of reinstalling my game (and the last time I tried that was a headache and a half).

Out of the hosts I did see, I think my favorite host was the chinchilla persian host from the snow scene. It wasn't just because she and Lizard seemed to get along the best (although that was part of it), but it was also because she just seemed to be the one having the most fun in her playscene. (The ringmaster host at the gypsy circus was a close second in that regard.) Never thought I'd see a chinchi sledding. ;)

Wish I could have. :(

bat bat bat swat swat swat OOOOOOH FUN TOY. This kept Lizard entertained for a good, long while.

She eventually seemed to get mad that she couldn't whack the little ball off of the toy entirely, though.

-After another shared meal, it's time to go home and prepare for the final day tomorrow.

Again, Lizard's "shared meal" ended up being all by her lonesome again. I wonder if she's the one behind the playscene crashing? I'm sure she'd do anything to have her meal in peace. O_O

Before calling it a day, I brought Fiori out with her again. It had been a few days and I wanted to make sure that their bond was still strong.

And... is it ever. Thirty seconds later...

My God, you two. ^^;

I'm okay with it though. First off, those are two seriously adorable kittens. Second, the final day's tasks don't require traveling to a specific playscene, so Lizard should be fine despite being confined in the nursery. And of course... YAY LIZARD AND FIORI. I kind of facepalmed when this happened, true, but it was a facepalm with a smile. :D

Closing pic of the proud mommy with her babies.

Only one day left! Hoping to get it completed tomorrow or the day after.
