The Sexsmith Legacy 1.2

Update to my legacy. It's kind of short (despite this being about a week of gametime) and not a whole lot happens, but I do have enough pictures of Commie making weird faces, I suppose.

I know I said last update that I wasn't planning on getting Seasons yet... but, well, I have Seasons. Long story... okay, whenever someone says "long story" they have to tell it then. Ahem. So a few weeks ago, Target was having a "buy one, get one half off" sale on all their Sims disks, so I went ahead and bought Hidden Springs and the Master Suite stuff pack. Cool beans and all, right? Except I forgot that my computer doesn't always like to read disks. My husband managed to rip the disks on his computer, though, and put them on a flash drive for me, so I was able to download them. Hooray! So I went to play, with Master Suite stuff being the most recent "disk" I was running off of. The game loaded, I got the Master Suite loading screen, hunky-doory...

...and then my game immediately shut down, telling me I had an "unrecognized copy" of the disk. :/ I'm sure it was because I was running them off of what technically was a ripped copy of the disk... one that I did pay for, and I did have the disk, but not that the computer knew that. All it knew was that the most recent version of the game I was trying to play was ripped! So, in order to be able to play, I needed to download a more recent game update officially from Origin.

So... I got Seasons.

And now for Commie, traipsing about through summer. Hooray!

(I played this a few weeks ago, before our move, so details may be left a bit vague as I try to remember what was going on. Apologies.)



We start off with Commie FINALLY getting that one athletic point! ABOUT DAMN TIME.



And then she gets promoted to mess hall server! The paparazzi takes note. (Seriously, why does this lady keep following Commie around? She hasn't done a thing to get any notoriety!)



You know what one of the features of Seasons is that I didn't know about until I got it? Online dating. For a Sim like Commie, this is a godsend! So I immediately had her get to work on her profile and reading through other Sims' profiles.



The next day, I send Commie to the Summer Festival. (Carnival? I played this a few weeks ago, I can't quite recall...)

Commie tries to skate. She was pretty horrible at first, but got better very quickly. Yay!



Of course, the main reason I brought Commie to the festival was to meet future WooHoo partners. This is Commie's Next Target--uh, I mean Calvin.



I had her check her online dating profile when she got home. Every woman messaged her, it seems. Which was good and all for future encounters, because I'm sure she'll sleep with at least one more female, but Commie's bisexual, people... she needs at least one guy to give us an heir! So I had her message a few of the guys, most of whom polity turned her down, for whatever insane reason. Oh, wait... Commie's a crazy bitch, that's why. :)



Commie makes "durr" faces a lot when she works out, doesn't she?



She also gained a cooking skill point, and a mechanical one, too (which I didn't screencap). I feel safer with her actually cooking food. (Plus, check out those muscles!)



I had her call Calvin a lot, who never wants to come over, but at least he'll talk. We're working on winning him over. Just you wait.



Commie: This sucks. How did this happen? I'm too awesome to leave messes.



Commie (to Calvin): Yeah, I had to clean, and it was HORRIBLE! By the way, I'm currently touching my boob. Does that turn you on?



Vallari also kept calling and asking to come over or hang out, not seeming to get the message that Commie has moved on to new targets.
Commie: DON'T YOU GET IT? YOU WERE JUST MY ONE-NIGHT STAND!



Commie: Durr, why don't the guys like me? Duhhhrrr...
